This fund was established by the family of Roger Nolan to provide scholarships to graduating seniors of Seymour High School seeking a four-year diploma from an accredited community college or major university in the field of Nursing.

This fund provides scholarships for college or advanced technical training to students seeking diplomas or certifications in any technical or trade school, community college or major university in the United States. Preference will be given to students seeking education, medical, nursing, teaching, or medically-related technical degrees.

Kelley was a proud 1970 graduate of Seymour High School and served as an instructor at the Mid-America College of Funeral Service for over 20 years.
