The scholarship fund was established under the Will of Anah C. Klakamp. The scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Seymour High School. The scholarship shall be for tuition plus $1,000.00 to be used for other college expenses. The tuition cost shall be awarded equal to the current year's tuition at Indiana University. The scholarship may be a four-year renewable scholarship.

Greg Prange was a 1979 graduate of Seymour High School. He excelled as a football and basketball player for the Owls, and later attended Indiana University, Bloomington.
